Absinth, is a wormwood-flavoured aperitif woven into myth and legend, it was the favourite drink of the bohemian set in Paris in the 1800s. Minimum alcohol strength = 45%
Recommended alcohol strength = 55% +
Strong alcohol is necessary for the herb oils to dissolve, mix with 45-70% (90-140 proof) vodka or Everclear grain alcohol. Thujone content in one bottle will be 10-15 mg.
