 | | | IN MEMORY OF FERENC PUSKAS The copper ball was made by Highland Spirit Ltd and presented to the widow of Ferenc Puskas on behalf of all Scottish football fans by Sir Alex Ferguson. She decided that it was too good to just sit on the shelf so the president of the Hungarian Scottish Society and founder of the Robert Burns International Foundation suggested that it was adopted by the RBIF and used as a trophy for the annual award for it's best sponser. The current holder of the trophy is The Corinthia Grand Hotal Royal. It was presented to the Corinthia Hotel GM on Jan 12th 2008 at Old Trafford in front of 75,000 people.
