Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt of the order using Royal Mail. However, many orders are dispatched within 2 days.

Delivery Schedule Orders received on a working day will be despatched within 24 hours, providing the product is in stock. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, provided you have supplied us with a valid email address. If the goods are not in stock we will let you know via email that there has been a delay in sending your order. We will endeavour to get these items to you within 2 weeks of receiving your order. If the delay in delivery is unacceptable to you we will cancel your order and payment or, if payment has already been processed, we will refund any payment taken once you have advised us that the product(s) are no longer required.

ROYAL MAIL INDUSTRIAL ACTION: During periods of industrial action by Royal Mail staff, deliveries may be delayed. Please allow extra time for the delivery of your order. We recommend that you allow at least 7 working days before contact us regarding a delayed delivery, unless you have chosen 'Special Delivery' when you should receive your order by the day after mail collection has resumed.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Customers outside of the European Union, are responsible for all import duties and/or customs charges levied by the receiving country on their consignment. We have no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance; please check with your local customs office as to what charges may apply before completing your order

Returns Policy The Customer's rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.


The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 give UK consumers the right to cancel their order within 14 working days of taking delivery. The customer has the right to inspect the goods and must make sure they remain undamaged and unused. We can only offer a refund on products returned to us if they are returned in re-saleable condition and have not been removed from their original packaging.
If you wish to return goods to us please ensure that you use the correct postage. We recommend that you obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate from the Post Office. Items posted without this certificate are done so at your own risk. We will refund the cost of the goods to your credit card within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.
We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of up to 20% on goods returned outside the 14 day review period. We cannot accept returns after 14 days from receipt by the customer.
